Create a Word Cloud using Tagxedo

A world cloud is an image composed of words used in a particular text or subject, in which the size of each word indicates its frequency or importance. World clouds are also referred to as a text cloud or tag cloud.
In this guide we will explore how to create a Word Cloud using Tagxedo.

Create a word cloud

1. Go to Tagxedo webpage and click the Create icon 
2. Click the Load icon
 3. Enter the words in the Enter Text area and click Submit when you have finished.

4. Change the settings of the word cloud using the options on the left hand side

5. The Theme option allows you to change the colours used for the word cloud. 

6. Select/Deselect the fonts that you wish to be used in the word cloud by clicking on the Font option.

7. The Orientation menu lets you select how the words are displayed.

8. To amend the form of the word cloud select from Shape option.

9. A preview of the word cloud will be displayed in the main window.

10. To save the word cloud click the Save icon
11. Select how you wish to save the file as well as quality of the image. Clicking on any of the image sizes will prompt you to save the image on your computer.
